Custom plush toys, drawn by you and sewn by us
We are a plush factory in Shenzhen that works only to order. Send a character, a mascot or a product you want turned soft, and we draft the pattern, sew the sample, test it and ship the run.

What buyers tell us matters
Almost never the unit price on its own.
Pattern drafting, cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, needle detection, inspection and export packing all happen in our own building. Nothing is handed to a workshop we cannot walk into, which is why the fifth repeat order still matches the sample you signed off two years ago.
A pattern maker, not a copy shop
Two full-time pattern makers redraw your artwork so the silhouette still reads at 12 cm. That is what removes a sampling round, and a sampling round costs two weeks.
You see it before we cut
Fabric swatches photographed next to your artwork, then the sewn sample shot from six angles and weighed. Bulk starts when you write "approved" and not before.
Safety is in the build
Locked eyes pull tested at 90 N, reinforced neck and limb seams, needle detection on every finished unit, PP fill that meets EN71-3. Lab reports arranged when you need them.
One person, start to finish
The same contact writes your quote and your shipping notice, in your language, normally inside 12 working hours.
From drawing to sealed carton
Seven steps. You sign off on three of them.
Send the artwork
A drawing, a render, a reference sheet or a photo of a toy you already have. Tell us the finished height, the quantity and a target price if there is one. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone is genuinely enough to start.
Quote in 12 hours
Back comes a unit price at your quantity, the sample and tooling cost, the fabrics we would use and the lead time. If the budget does not reach, we say exactly what would have to change instead of quoting something you cannot buy.
Pattern and fabric
Our pattern makers draft the panels and grade them to your height. Fabric swatches are photographed next to your artwork so you can judge colour, pile and shade before a single piece is cut.
Sample in 7–10 days
A fully sewn sample, photographed from six angles and weighed. Two rounds of changes are included and most designs need one. Nothing moves forward without your written approval.
What buyers ask first
Short answers here, the full list on the FAQ page.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- 100 pieces per design on every line except claw machine toys, which start at 500. That is 100 of one design in one colourway, not 100 split across a range. For a crowdfunding pilot we can sometimes run 50 at a higher unit price — ask.
- How much does a sample cost?
- USD 80 to USD 250 depending on complexity. That covers pattern drafting, fabric and the labour to sew a one-off, and it is credited back against your bulk order. Courier runs about USD 30–50 on top.
- How long does the whole thing take?
- A quote within 12 working hours, a sample in 7–10 days, and bulk production 25–35 days after you approve that sample. Then shipping: 3–6 days by express, 7–12 by air, 25–40 by sea.
- What artwork do you need?
- Anything readable. Vector files are ideal, a layered PSD is fine, and a clear photograph of a hand drawing works. If the character is not symmetrical, send front, back and side views — that single step removes more sampling rounds than anything else.
Send the drawing. We will price it.
A pencil sketch photographed on a phone is enough to start. Tell us the finished height and the quantity and a costed quote comes back within 12 working hours.
